Witnessing the Breath: a guided relaxation practice

A simple and effective breath-awareness relaxation practice suitable for any time of day, no experience needed.

All you need is a comfortable place to sit, in a setting with minimal distractions.

At just under 8 minutes, my intention with this offering was to create a short & simple guided relaxation practice for those times when you just need a purposeful moment to check in, ground down, lift up, and re-center.

Please join me Friday 7/2/21 at 4PM PST for a gentle breath-aligned movement class intended to help us work with the summer heat instead of against it.

This is a live 1-hour virtual group yoga class Friday July 2nd at 4PM PST.

All experience levels are welcome. $5-$15 suggested donation.
