My name is Elizabeth Keefer and I’m a yoga teacher (E-RYT 200, YACEP), scratch-cooker, writer, artist, and outdoors enthusiast from Portland, Oregon. I love hiking, camping, nature photography, and slow-crafting as a pushback against over-consumption and waste.
My objective as a yoga teacher is to support my students through periods of breath-aligned movement and breath-aligned stillness, to encourage emotional resilience and healthy mindset development which are integral to happiness and success.
I am currently accepting new clients for one-on-one virtual instruction, as well as for personalized group classes and events.
Please email me to discuss how we might work together this summer. 🙂
My work as a yoga teacher centers:
- Functional movement and breathing techniques for all ages and abilities to support emotional resilience and healthy mindset development, which are integral to happiness and success.
- Developing self-acceptance, self-advocacy, self-empowerment and a sense of self-friendliness.
- Gently conditioning the mind into forming a compassionate “truce” with the body. From this compassionate “truce space” we can dynamically expand our capacities for strength, stability, mobility, flexibility, energy, comfort and support–physically, mentally and emotionally.
I specialize in group and one-on-one functional movement, breath-mindfulness, and meditation classes for:
